Am I a candidate for injectable weight loss therapy?

Is CoolSculpting like Liposuction?

While CoolSculpting is a very effective way to remove fat cells, it does not require the downtime or incisions that liposuction involves. With CoolSculpting, clients experience approximately 25% reduction in fat in the targeted area with each treatment. These fat cells don't disappear overnight, but gradually over the next couple of months. Results are complete within 90 days. Unlike Liposuction that can require weeks of recovery, there is no downtime involved with coolsculpting. After undergoing CoolSculpting, there are sensations such as numbness and tingling as the fat cells react to the cryotherapy but most people find that these do not interfere with their regular daily life.

Is filler safe?

The fillers we use at MINT are all made of Hyaluronic Acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body. By and large, using fillers to enhance the volume of a patient's face is very safe. At MINT, all of our providers have had extensive training and experience using filler. We always adhere to the highest safety standards.

What is Biometric Scanning?/ What does the InBody Scale do?

Biometric Scanning with the InBody Scale gives information regarding body composition, metabolism, and can help guide a wellness program. This includes details such as fat content (and location), water (intra and extra cellular), muscle composition, indicators of inflammation, and much more. We selected the InBody scale for biometric scanning because it gives the most accurate findings and has been scientifically validated by numerous researchers. This is important because many clients may make decisions about weight loss and hormone replacement therapies based on this information. We offer biometric scanning to all of our clients without charge as a part of new consultations, follow ups, and recurring memberships. We also offer it as a stand alone service for a small fee so that anyone interested in learning more about their specific body composition has access to the most accurate information.

My red sharps container is full. What should I do?

Having a sharps container is very important! This is where to put any used needles after injecting. So if you're using needles to administer your medicaitona at home, make sure you use one of these!
