Cancellations & Other policies:


  • At MINT there are no ongoing contracts. We kindly ask for 30-day notice of cancellation.
  • A $50 administrative fee for memberships that are stopped and restarted later
  • Uncomfortable doing your own GLP-1 or Peptide injections? We've got you covered! In office injections performed by our highly trained team are available for a small $5 fee.
  • All membership details, perks, and discounts are subject to change.
  • Kids: We love kids but our facility is not set up for little ones. We've got some really cool gadgets here but they're definitely not safe for the kiddos. Please leave the kids at home.
  • Cancellations: Because our providers' time is valuable, we ask for 24 hour notice of any cancellation. There is a $50 no show fee if an appointment is not cancelled.
